DeCarol Company is a family owned, operated, licensed, bonded and insured general contracting company. Founded in 1987, DeCarol Company has provided quality construction services to the residence and business owners of Yavapai County for over 22 years. Chuck Merritt, Owner/Operator, has lived in Yavapai County since 1979 and came onboard DeCarol Company in 1995 as General Manager. In 2001 he purchased DeCarol Company from the original owners. He has |
carried on the reputation of quality craftsmanship and customer integrity that is a DeCarol Tradition. Chuck along with his wife Cassie, Office Manager of DeCarol Company, continue to build on the business philosophy of using our team of in-house employees, established local subcontractors and suppliers to provide our customers with a one on one relationship, better quality control and faster customer service. Using “Leadership by Example” Chuck and his team of in-house employees, local subcontractors and suppliers all support the customer and each other during the construction process. From design to “in-house” carpentry, concrete/tile work, painting, cabinetry, custom copper work, structural repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc., the DeCarol team has the ability to tackle a wide variety of construction projects. |
